We are “Prana Foundation”, a team dedicated to preserving traditional Earth medicines and making them safely available in Europe. Currently most of our retreats are in Portugal under the guidance of Devi Chandra Ma, a Mexican medicine woman with over 20 years of experience in multiple healing modalities.

Our commitment is to preserve Ancestral Medicine paths, and is an Honor to present the impecable work of Marakame Don Juan Ortiz from the Wirrarika Nation in Mexico the guardians of the Peyote, who is the leader of the Wirrarika community named the first Singer, who will lead the ceremony with his blessings and prayers during the night all the healing will happen opening our 3rd eye and our Body to higher conscience, he will be accompanied by Devi Chandra Ma Medicine woman from Mexico and founder of Prana, they met in Mexico and she helped and served in his ceremonies trough several years.

This Healing Ceremony has been preserved as it has been done by the tribe for centuries!, the Marakame sings during the night with a sacred fire that will be cared and sustained trough the whole night, the shaman sings to the cosmos and he narrates trough his chant the steps that the Blue Dear left behind for Humanity to find back Home, on his traditional language, and around the fire we welcome the Sunrise of the morning

This is one of the most well preserved ancestral Ceremonies on Earth now that the community and guardians of the Peyote in Mexico is a very closed tribe that is not in touch with the world, they marry with people of the tribe, they speak Wirrarika language not Spanish as the rest. of Mexico, they do their own clothes full of prayers and colourful protection symbols. And as a big structured tribe they do their ceremonies for their people and they don’t allow foreigners in. Only when a Marakame “shaman” is given the duty can go out and serve the medicine to the rest of the world.

It is a privilege to sit in such a beautiful ceremony and is our Duty to help them preserve it and share it with the world with total respect!
