Is an honor to present this Summer our first Medicine Woman Retreat bringing from Mexico Nana Jeruxa Akatzin who has more than 2 decades holding her title under the guidance of the Ancestral Mayan Tradition.. Jeruxa and Devi Chandra Ma(our founder) met in Mexico on their spiritual Path, and trough a Dream they reconnected their paths in order to bring all this wisdom and help other woman in their path, this time is the time to bring those prayers and commitment to the warrior Spirits of the European Woman, And Hold Hands for a new Time on Earth of Balance and Awakening.

In this Retreat we will join forces 4 Medicine Woman to bring a deep understanding of integral healing.

Manuela and Wayra from Colombia bring the insight and care of our bodies with the medicinal plant spirits to support and facilitate in this amazing opportunity.

Is our intention to create a briedge for all the woman that are on pilgrimage, and trying to find their true powers, With this Retreat we call our sisters in the planet, healers, therapist , mothers, magicians.

Our First Day is our welcome Day, where we gather in circle to introduce each other and the team, also we speak about Intentions, and give all the extra information we need.
and we welcome you with a Deep Connection Circle to find inside the purpose that brought us together.

so we can have 3 Full Days of Deep work.

We come to Remember, to find wisdom in the ancestral cosmovision, I come in Unity to find deep inside of me the connection of my present with my linage and my past printed on my family system

together we will face the Trauma, the emotions, and how to deal, clean and trasform it, from my deep unconsicent energy and patterns to my physical sickness, accepting and recognising the roots we can face it and Change it!!

— DAY 1 — THE PATH OF INTROSPECTION

• Introduction to Mayan spirituality and cosmovision;
• The six dimensions of the origin of health and disease;
• Dimension of Jaleb’ – Q’ij alaxik: explanation of the 20 energetic days and the Mayan cross, and its importance in our vision of life;
• Emotional dimension: we will go deeper into identifying which emotions are allowed and not allowed in the family system; what speaks through me and how to identify them;
• Through body movement, breathing and connection with the heart, we will release the emotions that are repressed in our body.

— DAY 2 — FINDING MY TRUE FACE

• Mental dimension: we will identify cognitive distortions and trauma. Thinking management and mind games. We will talk about the 10 most common cognitive distortions;
• Physical or biological dimension: What is the origin of the condition that my physical body is manifesting? Pathologies: fibroids, cysts, PCOS, endometriosis, myomatosis, sinusitis, rhinitis, irritable colon, thyroid, bromyalgia, arthritis, allergies, etc;
• Anti-inflammatory diet;
• Detoxification through medicinal plants;
• Hygiene;
• Good sleeping habits.

• Dimension of natural diseases;
• Dimension of lineage ancestors and dimensional ancestors;
• Understanding the family tree to understand the process itself;
• From understanding the family system to the integration of my life mission;
• Heal the relationship with our parents using the genogram;
• Recognize the importance of taking my place in the family system, partner, children and life purpose.
• Reflection and acceptance process.
