-About Prana Foundation
Prana Foundation is a collective dedicated to preserving, honoring, and sharing ancestral Earth medicines with integrity, safety, and deep respect.
For the past six years, we have been creating safe, sacred, and professionally guided spaces for healing ceremonies across Europe, always in collaboration with experienced guardians, traditional lineages, and ethical practitioners.
Our mission is to offer a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern seekers, supporting each person in their journey of healing, clarity, and reconnection with nature.

-About the Medicine
Bufo Alvarius medicine comes from the natural secretion of the Sonoran Desert toad. Once dried and vaporized, it becomes a white smoke that transforms into 5-MeO-DMT, a molecule naturally produced by the human body at birth and at death.
This medicine is profound, delicate, and highly transformative, working mainly through the nervous system and the crown chakra, opening access to expanded states of consciousness and inner dimensions.
The active experience lasts 15–20 minutes, but the full ceremony takes 2–3 hours, depending on the person.

Today, Bufo Alvarius is approached as a contemporary sacred practice rooted in respect, reciprocity, and care for the land. The medicine used in these ceremonies is harvested ethically and by hand, always without harming the toads, honoring the spirit of the desert and the living beings that inhabit it.
In ceremony, Bufo is received as a teacher—a bridge between worlds that invites humility, surrender, and a return to one’s inner truth.

-About the Guide
Kunti (Tezca Citlalnihuatl) has been in service to the Bufo Alvarius medicine since 2013. Her path began in the Sonoran Desert, where she lived for months in the natural habitat of the toad, learned to harvest the medicine with respect, and received teachings from several maestros in Mexico.
Over the years, she has dedicated herself to holding this medicine with clarity, integrity, and deep reverence, guiding individuals through profound processes of transformation and expanded consciousness.

-Ceremony Structure
The Bufo Alvarius process is held individually, in a private and safe ceremonial setting.
Each session includes two stages:
– Microdose – to prepare the system and open the energetic field
– Macrodose – the full experience with the medicine
Ceremonies take place in the afternoon, around 4:00 PM, and last between 2 and 5 hours.
Two people may attend on the same day, but ceremonies are held one at a time.

-Kambó Before Bufo (Highly Recommended)
For the best approach to the medicine, participants are asked to receive a Kambó cleansing ceremony before Bufo.
Kambó helps clear physical and energetic blockages, allowing the Bufo medicine to flow more freely and safely.
Kambó can be done:
– The day before, or
– The same morning before the Bufo ceremony
If the Kambó ceremony is facilitated by Kunti, at her ceremonial space in Arin, the cost is 80 USD (regular price: 350 soles).
